Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
